Tax Liability

At Icen Risk we have a market-leading tax team comprising highly experienced tax lawyers and accountants who not only underwrite identified, tax specific risks but also the tax risks insured within our W&I offering. Icen aims to provide clear, certain tax cover within its W&I policies notwithstanding the complex and subjective nature of tax issues.

We insure tax risks with liabilities from £500,000 to £115,000,000 per tax issue. Every policy is bespoke for the deal and the tax issue at stake.
