Icen Risk

Icen Risk was founded in 2018 and is an all-employee owned business. Our team is comprised of specialist underwriters with backgrounds in intellectual property, tax, corporate law and transactional accounting; combining over 100 years’ collective experience of M&A deals.

Our collaborative approach to working with brokers, advisors and clients enables us to understand your transactional needs and to swiftly generate solutions. Put simply, our solutions remove risks and create value for you.

Our independent and experienced M&A team is then backed by underwriting capital from blue chip insurers to provide the long-term security required for M&A transactions. We can issue policies with up to a ten-year term and with a limit of up to £115 million / €130 million (or currency equivalent) per risk.
